What is the rent payment procedure?
Your reservation of apartment will be confirmed only after prepayment of 1 day's of rent.
The prepayment can be made by:
A transfer to our bank account;
A money transfer via
A cash payment in apartment;
An electronic transfer via Webmany system.
The rest of rent amount is to be paid in cash during check-in in the apartment. In the case of refuse from the rent of apartment the prepayment does not return. In our apartments we take the cash deposit in amount of a day's rent as a guarantee of property and keys preservation. This deposit is return to you in the time of your check-out from apartment.
What is minimum term of rent of apartment?
Minimum term of rent of apartment is 1 day.
What is included into the rent of an apartment?
The apartment rent includes the right of individual occupancy and use of the apartment and equipment, and all property therein for the paid rent period (with the check hour being 12:00 in the afternoon), all apartment operating expenses and utility bills (including electricity) for the duration of your stay as well as apartment cleaning (once a week) and bed linen changing (once a week) services.
Extra bed linen - 5 EURO. Extra apartment cleaning – 12 EURO.
Can it be such that in the apartment reserved by me will settle other client?
If you have paid prepayment for reservation you are guaranteed to stay in this apartment. In the case of force-majeure circumstances (not depending on us) you will be offered an alternative apartment on the same class and price or higher level.

Does the price of rent vary with the number of guests?
The price of rent remains unchanged irrespectively of the number of guests staying in the apartment. However, you have to remember that the number of persons living in the apartment may not exceed the specified maximum.
If I want to depart before the end of rent period, can I get back the unused rent amount?
If you need to check out on an earlier date, the outstanding rent will be returned to you if you let us know about it not less than 2 days before your departure from the apartment.
